Absolutely terrible service. Unable to get any appointments via their app so I had to attend the clinic to book. Turned up for the appointment to find the receptionist didn’t book the appointment! So, another 6 week wait. This is very unacceptable and the receptionists behaviour didn’t really care which has upset me.

Telephoned surgery for appointment 18th March 1:30 and informed that can't make appointment and will need to call in the morning between 8am and 10am. Called at 8:38am 19th March and informed I can make appointment for in a fortnight or after providing a brief description to receptionist that the Doctor will call me back soon. Just after 4:30pm I call surgery as have not heard anything and am informed I am on the list and will be getting a phone call. I was reassured that although surgery closes at 6pm the doctors are still doing appointments until 9pm. Well 9:30pm and now I have no clue as to where I should go for medical assistance. This system is a shambles and does not make it easy for vulnerable people to access medical assistance.

Impossible to get an appointment over the phone had been calling hours and just kept getting hung up on extremely rubbish system when your daughter is very ill and you can't get an appointment for her would not recommend using this medical centre

This has to be the worst GP surgery I have ever been to. The GPs appear to be fed up, unmotivated and just work through the churn of patients who have been waiting for hours! However, the nurse Cherry is fantastic and so helpful, she will always give you time and explain things to you fully. Thankfully I have moved out of the area now and registered with a much better surgery. Funnily enough one of the GPs at my new surgery mentioned that he used to work at the surgery in Aylesford and spoke about how poorly run it is and how unhappy he was working there.

Waiting time is ridiculously long, spent many hours sitting in a doctors when i go it's never easy to get an appointment, I walked in at 8.50 and didn't get seen until 10.20 after being told it would only take up to an hour wait. The doctor was useless she didn't listen to what i said and am now looking for a new doctors!!
